蘇通建設集團南京分公司成立于2010年12月，公司自成立以來嚴格按照集團公司的總體發展戰略，努力開拓南京及周邊市場，擴大公司規模和市場份額。積極引進實力強、信譽好、管理佳、發展后勁足的項目部隊伍，為公司發展壯大打下堅實基礎。
經過一年多時間的發展，公司取得了喜人的成績。公司現有一級注冊建造師8名，二級注冊建造師16名，注冊安全工程師1名。項目遍布南京、合肥、蕪湖、鎮江、常州、句容、鹽城、南通、廣西等地。承接代表工程有：常州常發豪郡別墅工程、黃山香松國際、鎮江皇冠至尊花園、安南汽車商貿城、證大國際大拇指商業廣場、南京金鷹天地商城等，其中申華冠城國際工程金融街60—62#樓工程獲得市級文明工地稱號、市優質工程。
公司成立以來，承建的工程質量優、工期短、管理好、效益佳，贏得了業內和社會各界的一致好評。公司緊跟集團公司的發展步伐，繼續向現代化企業管理道路邁進，并逐步開始探索如何從品牌管理轉變為以工程總承包為主營業務的經營模式，努力由品牌管理隊伍向自營項目部發展。雖然在這壯大和發展的道路上會遇到艱難和險阻，但是南京分公司不會怯步，我們將繼續以高度的責任感和使命感，發奮進取，科學決策，嚴格管理，追求創新，以更高的奮斗目標，在開拓市場過程中再創輝煌，爭取更好、更優的成績。
